For over 35 years, Mr. Livingston has represented labor unions and workers' to protect workers rights, health and safety. Mr. Livingston appears in Federal Court, before the NLRB, and is a certified Workers' Compensation Attorney. He is Counsel to District 15 of the I.A.M.A.W. and the New York and New Jersey State Councils of Machinists, and serves as counsel to the North Jersey Area Local of the A.P.W.U. Local 400 of the I.U.E.; and many other Unions. Ivan R. Schofield, Esq. - Associate

Mr. Schofield practices in the areas of Labor, Workers' Compensation, and Employment. Mr. Schofield received his B.A. from Wesleyan University, where he was a Blaine House Scholar. He obtained his J.D with High Honors from Rutgers University School of Law, where he was a Dean's Merit Scholar. He is admitted in New Jersey; the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey; and New York; and is a member of the Order of the Coif, the New Jersey Advisory Council on Safety and Health, the New York Bar Association, the New Jersey Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
